Warranty Information

The Warranty is non-transferable from the original purchaser. Certain conditions must be met in order for the warranty to remain in effect. The Warranty Registration must be sent to Dynamic Towing Equipment & Manufacturing by the distributor within TEN DAYS (10) of the date of delivery to the end-user. The hydraulic oil filter must be changed at 90 days and every 6 months thereafter with an OEM Dynamic oil filter. Filter replacement schedule must be filled out & faxed over upon request.

On the 701, 765, 891, Negative Tilt product lines, the following warranty coverage will be available:

First Year - 100% Parts, 100% Labor

Second Year - 50% Parts

Third Year - 50% Parts

Warranty claims must be due to a manufacturer's defect and not normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must match the original serial number supplied with the original equipment, and must have been purchased from Dynamic or a Dynamic Authorized Distributor.

On the 601 and Slide-In Unit product lines, the following warranty coverage will be available:

First Year - 100% Parts, 100% Labor

Second Year - 50% Parts

All Bushings, wear pads, clutch for the pump, and hydraulic hoses are excluded from this warranty after the first year.

On the Forklift Attachment, the following warranty coverage will be available:

First Year - 100% Parts (workmanship and material defect only)

All Bushings, wear pads, clutch for the pump, and hydraulic hoses are excluded from this warranty after the first year.

NOTE: OVERLOADING OR ABUSE VOIDS ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS.

SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Dynamic will repair or replace any material or workmanship proven defects at an AUTHORIZED Dynamic location, or otherwise authorized by Dynamic MFG. Labor flat rate of $50.00 per hour will be credited only when parts have been returned and inspected. The flat rate chart is included in all owner's manuals.

ALL warranty claims MUST BE APPROVED through Dynamic BEFORE ANY repair work may be performed. Dynamic reserves the right to use new or remanufactured parts as replacements for those proven to be defective. Parts deemed repairable will be repaired by an authorized dealer at Dynamic's discretion only.

This warranty does not obligate Dynamic to bear the costs of transportation charges, claimed downtime, loss of profit or goodwill, or any other special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, concerning or related to any product or part, whether based upon negligence, strict liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.

Dynamic makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to finished products manufactured or supplied by other manufacturers and supplied by Dynamic to the purchaser. Including but limited to any vehicle to which a Dynamic product is affixed to, any accessories, or wire rope. Dynamic expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose as to such equipment or products.

This language shall in no way affect or diminish the right of the purchaser to rely on such warranties that are extended by such manufacturers or suppliers. Dynamic shall, to the extent permitted under applicable law pass onto the purchaser, such manufacturers, or suppliers warranties.

Dynamic's warranty is not intended to cover, or include the following items which are set forth by way of example and not limitation: normal maintenance parts, including by not limited to wear pads, bushings, wire rope, mud flaps, fender flares, light bulbs. oil filters, and tow slings. Alterations, or modifications that affect performance, operations, or liability. Any change, or defect due to accident, misuse, improper, or unauthorized repair. Failure to provide maintenance, overloading, or uses for which the equipment was not designed or intended. Normal deterioration of trim, paint, or appearance due to weather or road conditions.

Dynamic makes no warranty, implied, or expressed, that their products shall be fit for the purpose of lifting or moving people, or any other improper use.

DYNAMIC TOWING EQUIPMENT & MANUFACTURING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID THIS WARRANTY IF ANY, OR ALL CONDITIONS, OR REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HAVE NOT BEEN MET. SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
